Refund Policy

Eloushi accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Contact us first — through the contact page at eloushiclothing.com or at eloushiclothing@gmail.com — and we will send you the return instructions for your order.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Except where an item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
