Shipping Policy

Every Eloushi piece is printed to order. Your order enters production after purchase and ships once it is complete.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin once production is complete. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control, but if your order has not arrived within the window shown at checkout, contact us and we will make it right.
